Named after the year in which the residence around it was built, Le 1834 welcomes patrons to settings more reminiscent of the Belle Époque - all elegance and subtlety. The Chef serves a refined cuisine where tradition meets creativity, made from quality produce (Label Rouge, Charolais du Bourbonnais, organic pork…). Sample succulent meats accompanied by roast boletus mushrooms in season, but also fish and seafood specialities.
We have a passion for quality meat, especially beef, with a keen understanding of the maturation process and different cuts... Around a splendid wood grill, get a taste for the best of produce sourced from around Moulins, Allier, and the neighbouring regions: Charolais and Bourbon meats, Label Rouge certified poultry, fish and heirloom vegetables.
