On 10/12 it was 2 degrees outside... and in the massage room the small window was open and could not be closed. The general atmosphere was cold. In the jacuzzi, many of the jets were not working and the water was a bit chilly. There were 6 of us and there are only 4 deckchairs. The snack table was covered with a bath sheet instead of a table cloth, there was no sugar, little choice of coffee and a jar of dried fruit.

We waited almost 20 minutes before being taken for our treatment by the staff who seemed very exhausted from their day. In the end we had 45 minutes of treatment and not 1 hour. Moreover, during the treatment we heard giggles from the staff and we assume that this was when they noticed my mother's foot disability. The treatment itself was pleasant (despite the 15 minutes less) but I found the behaviour of the staff very inappropriate and disrespectful! I would not recommend the spa at all, for the price of the treatments it is better to go to a

The SPA is on the other side of the reception and it took us 5 minutes to get there. 5 minutes to get changed, so almost 30 minutes to get there... At 5pm I ask for 2 teas, the tea was served at 5:30pm, and unfortunately there was not enough water for 2 cups in the small container the hostess was alone, and had disappeared we waited 10 minutes more the time to reheat the water... otherwise the setting is rather pretty but nothing crazy for the price. The hostess offered us a macaroon each for the inconvenience but it doesn't change the quality of the service. A bit disappointed considering the price of the tea (8 e for two)! I don't think I'll be back for a relaxing moment.

  Having received a gift voucher for a duo message, we enjoyed the benefits of the spa at the Paris hotel last Saturday.
The setting is splendid, as the facilities... read more were set up in the crypts of the old chapel. Before the actual treatments, we had access to the thermal area for an hour: hammam, sauna and whirlpool. A small bottle of water is provided at the entrance, as well as a bathrobe and flip-flops.
The duo massage is then done in a separate room. We chose the Japanese-inspired Hanakasumi course, and we were not disappointed: after 75 minutes of modelling and scrubbing, we came out completely zen!
The staff are welcoming, smiling and competent. We warmly recommend this spa.
