Yzeure<\/strong>
Only 5 minutes by car from the Hotel de Paris, the town of Yzeure has a population of over 13,000 and a rich cultural heritage. Located 8 minutes by car from Moulins, the village of Neuvy is situated along the left bank of the Allier.
